"Sol the Absolute" for which this unlock is meant to be rewarded is a work-in-progress boss from the Heaven's Call mod. This item, as well as Starburst, can both be unlocked via the andromedaunlockheaven console command.
Unlock: Defeat Sol the Absolute as Tainted Andromeda.
